Cancellation & Refund Policy: Collective Care: 200-Hours Vinyasa Teacher Training

Cancellation by Student

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. The effective date of cancellation is the date the written notice is received by the school.

Registration Deposit

The $350 application deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to voluntary withdrawal, failure to make payments, failure to attend, dismissal, or failure to complete the program.

Cancellation On or Before September 20, 2026

(30 Days Prior to Program Start Date of October 20, 2026)

If written cancellation is received on or before September 20, 2026:

100% of tuition paid, excluding the $350 non-refundable application deposit, will be refunded.

Cancellation Between September 21, 2026, and October 19, 2026

(Within 30 Days of Program Start)

If written cancellation is received between September 21, 2026 and October 19, 2026:

50% of tuition paid, excluding the $350 non-refundable application deposit, will be refunded.

The remaining 50% of tuition paid will be retained.

Cancellation On or After October 20, 2026

(Program Start Date)

If written cancellation is received on or after October 20, 2026:

No refunds will be issued.

Students remain responsible for any unpaid tuition balance.

Withdrawal or Dismissal After Program Start

Students who voluntarily withdraw, discontinue attendance, fail to participate, or are dismissed after the program has begun are not eligible for a refund and remain responsible for any outstanding tuition balance.

Scholarships

Approved scholarships are applied to the tuition balance after the $350 non-refundable application deposit.

All refund calculations are based solely on the actual tuition paid by the student and do not include the non-refundable application deposit.

Cancellation by the School

If the school cancels the program for any reason:

All tuition paid, including the $350 application deposit, will be refunded in full.

The school is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other personal expenses incurred by the student.

Force Majeure

The school shall not be held liable for failure to deliver the program as scheduled if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, acts of God, or other unforeseeable events.

In such circumstances, the school reserves the right to reschedule the program, deliver the program in an alternative format, or provide appropriate credit or refund at its discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued within 14–21 business days from the date written cancellation is received. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
