About the program

Collective Care: 200-Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training is a Yoga Alliance-certified program that approaches yoga as both a personal and collective practice. Rooted in embodied Vinyasa, this training invites participants to deepen their relationship with movement, breath, philosophy, and self-inquiry while developing the skills and confidence to teach.

Grounded in the values of equity, diversity, accessibility, and community-rooted practice, the program explores how yoga can be offered in ways that are inclusive, community-centered, and responsive to the diverse experiences of practitioners. Through practice, discussion, mentorship, and experiential learning, trainees will examine not only how to teach yoga, but also how to cultivate spaces of belonging, connection, and care.

This training honors the transformative potential of yoga while encouraging critical reflection, curiosity, and accountability. Whether you aspire to teach or wish to deepen your personal practice, you will be supported within a learning community that values collaboration, compassion, and shared growth.
