Class Style and Environment
Every Thursday, two sessions are offered: one at 12:00 p.m. and another at 4:30 p.m. Both classes focus on a slow movement flow synchronized with the breath, with special attention given to mindful transitions and dynamic sequences. While the midday and afternoon sessions share the same overall theme and sequence, they are not identical. The 12:00 p.m. class may invite greater stamina and sustained effort, whereas the 4:30 p.m. session is designed with a gentler level of intensity.
These classes are open to practitioners of all levels and backgrounds. Options and variations are offered throughout to support different bodies, abilities, and energy levels. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, rest as needed, and adapt or choose versions of each movement that feel supportive and sustainable. The space is intended to be welcoming and inclusive, honoring diverse experiences and fostering a sense of safety, respect, and community.
If you have specific accessibility needs or questions, you are warmly invited to reach out in advance so accommodations can be explored.
The studio features a bold, retro-inspired wood floor design that creates a distinctive atmosphere; the room is heated to encourage a gentle sweat and maintain warmth throughout the practice, while a well-placed mirror supports clear demonstrations and enhances the overall learning experience.
