The slow & dynamic approach is based on the vinyasa style.
I provide sequences for slow movement synchronized with the breath. Slowing down the motions through consciously deepening the breath is a cornerstone for grounding, centering, and distributing lines of energy evenly.
My classes place great emphasis on transitions, smooth them out, and make them fluid and graceful, showing strength and ease. When we write, we create meaningful connections between sentences and paragraphs. I teach yoga classes with the same concept, respecting the organic link between poses. An essay has a beginning, middle, and end, so a class.
On the one hand, the complete session contains dynamic and creative tones and, on the other hand, pauses and stillness. My teaching applies repetitions to appreciate what can become consistent and memorable. Progression is usually present to redefine and confirm our path, in conjunction with regression, for reassurance, integration, and hindsight. If a theme is relevant, it is woven into these elements, with music or without music.
My commitment is to provide a safe setting by its essence. Therefore, although I express my unique voice, the class also has the flexibility to adjust to the variety that you bring to enjoy the whole process, feel honoured, and shine through because your inner light is bright enough.
