We will cultivate mindfulness and focus by using a meditation method aligned with the rhythm of the day or season. These Saturday series, led by different facilitators, are part of a community program launched by Mindfulness Hamilton.
You will be invited to sit in a circle, either on the ground with your props or on a chair (Most people choose to sit on a chair to ensure a comfortable practice, but it is your choice). The group is a supportive community, and the center provides a calming atmosphere for settling in.
Arrive with enough time to find parking around the area.
The first few minutes are for welcoming and orientation. Then, we will have close to forty minutes of meditation, leaving the rest of the hour for any questions, feedback, or comments.
